Boarding

Clients who choose full board must adhere to Gold leaf stables standers of Equine Care and must provide their horse with regular grooming and exercise .If client fails to take care of their horse (minimum for grooming 4x weekly ), Gold leaf will invoice appropriate grooming charges. 

Includes full care board and 3 lessons and/or rides per month. as well as grooming, mane pull, face clip and tacking up if needed.

Services include : Full care board , Includes daily training rides and/or Pessoa lunges/Equiband by a Gold Leaf Stables  Staff Member (Monday - Friday). Schedule to be determined by Head Trainer.
Maintenance Grooming, Mane Pulling, Trimming, Use of barn wraps & hack pads , Laundry ( 1x weekly excludes blankets, Girths and wool coolers ) Tack cleaned, Horse tacked and Un- tacked before and after lessons . 

Services include : Full Training package , 5 sessions per week. Purchase Commission 15% of asking price up to $65,000 and 10% of asking price for horses above $65,000. **Commissions are due within one week of purchase date.**

Lease Commission

15% of Lease Price due upon signing.

If purchase option is exercised 10% of buyout price is due at time of purchaseIf renewing 10% due upon renewal.

Sales Commission10% of selling /lease price

Clients who lease their horse will receive a care agreement in writing outlining their individual horse's standard of weekly care . Clients may opt-in to Full Board at anytime .

Exercise Ride : $40 ( Grooming included ) 

Professional Ride: $75 (Grooming included) 

Grooming service: $30 per day ( tack, Un-tack & finishing)

Laundry: $35-$45 per load ( Based on weight ) 

Hand walking: $15 

De-Worming: $25

Show Trim: $50
